Refund policy

All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wearapologetics.com and include photos of the issue. Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
